• Mail: Just stick copies of your receipts and accounting information into an envelope and place it into the mail. We do the rest.  Most customers use this method as it takes just a few minutes per month to place copies of your paperwork in envelopes you are provided.
• Fax: Send us your receipts and records by fax. We’ve prepared the fax cover sheet, all you have to do is send.
• Email: With the use of a scanner, you can send electronic documentation directly to our bookkeepers.
• Remote Access: Provide our bookkeepers with remote access to your records. Scan your documents, and place these records in a shared folder that we can access. We can use your accounting software and update these records on your computer.
